I have this growth on my penis.....

I have never had a sexual relationship with anybody. I have jacked off and have a problem with doing it. About three days ago, my penis was normal, nothing wrong with it. Then withing the last couple of days, it has grown this huge lump-like thing. It is at the base by the pubic hair, and is black on the very top. It hurts when it rubs against my clothes and my inner leg. What is it and what can I do about it? I don't think it is STD because I haven't had any sexual relationships with anybody, but I don't know if it can be passed down genetically. PLEASE HELP ME!
