When will cycles be regular after ovary removal

Hi everbody hope you are all doing well. I have a question for you gals that have had and ovary removed. I had mine removed on April 4th along with right tube due to large enometreoma. I have had two periods since that came a week early each time. They were heavy with clots I am used to that but my cycles have always been regular even with all my problems with cysts and endometreosis. Can any of you tell me if you have had the same problem? I would appreciate any input. Thanks for listening!

I had an ovary removed in November - I had two quite light periods after surgery within 6 weeks then nothing for two whole months. I then had a normal period and over the past three months have gone back to normal.  As I'm approaching menopause now I just put the irregularity down to that, however my 24 year old daughter returned home to live recently and since that's happened I've been pretty regular again - they say when women live together they tend to cycle together!

I wouldn,t worry too much at the moment about this , after surgery the body takes time to   heal and hormones can be a bit messed up for a while .
