I'm sorry to hear all of these that you are going through. Myasthenia gravis treatment really entails a lot of patience and a very good physician-patient relationship. The medications that you are already receiving for your MG are top notch, and I commend your physician for giving you such. Unfortunately, some symptoms can still get past these treatments, and the solution might be to modulate the doses of your medications. I also suggest that you discuss with your doctors regarding working you up for a possible thymoma (mass or nodule above the heart area) which if removed, may help in the treatment of MG (though any surgery would have its own risks).
