Changing Mole

I recently notice what looks like a mole changing on my upper arm. There is like a black spot in the middle and the outer part is like a blood blister. On a daily basis it changes and has been doing this for about a month. For instance yesterday it was barely noticeable but tonight when I got home from work the area is like the size of a pencil eraser with a black dot in the middle. I 27 years old and am a health freak and get very worried from the smallest things. I am wondering if this is a sign of cancer or something of that sort?

The typical signs and symptoms of a melanoma are - ' Asymmetrical skin lesion, irregular border of the lesion, multiple colours, moles greater than 5 mm are more likely to be melanomas than smaller moles, change of a mole or lesion may be a hint that the lesion is becoming malignant or elevation.'
