Scar revision for open hear surgery scars

What are the possibilities for scar revision for open hear surgery scars - line going down chest and drainage tube scars at the bottom? More so for the tube scarring - they are deep pits

It is possible to revise these scars to make them look flatter, but they will not disappear.  Scarring of the midline or adjacent areas of the anterior chest wall are notoriously difficult to correct.
