nipple whitish discharge

im 15 and i dont know all the info about how my body works. This has only happened once before and it was just like the second time. not directly on my nipple but beside it on the brownish part of my breast a bit of thin milky whiteish liquid started to come out. but only when i squeezed it out. it stoped coming out in less than a minute but and it looked like i squeezed it all out. my other nipple didnt do this. im really confused on whats going on.
