serum sickness after cessation of drug

Was on the birth control nuvaring. Had vaginal fungal infectioon . Took one dose of Diflucan - ended in ER feeling very ill with temp. Given Cipro. Next day, acute swollen, difuse lympadenopathy, fever, joint swelling. Continued Cipro for five days. Extreme fatigue followed, tremor, muscle weakness, perheral neuropathies. Fatigu sever, brfeathing difficult: all PFT normal. Elevagted histamine in urine 3x normal amount. Starting antihistamines and H1 and H2 blockers. Possible Mast cell activation disorder? Why woulod immune response continue and I keep feeling worse, aftger Cipro and Diflucan and Nuva ring were discontinued? How is this treated???? I am so exhuasted I cannot function. ALl bloods normal except histamine in urine and malabsorption, ie, Vit B-12, D, anemia. Is IViG indicated? Skin biopsy reveals small nerve fiber involvement, but nmot inflammation. Cannot "feel" my muscles, myself breathe, etc., Please help. Have seen so many specialists

Bless your heart, you sound like you have really been through it! Did you mean to post this in the arthritis forum? Are you having joint symptoms too?

Thank you for your response, actually no i did not mean to post it here but i did have arthritis symptoms during the serum sickness.
