results of scan

I had a cat scan done that showed..possible hematogenous metastatic disease with lesions on my spine,acetebulum and femur.but my bone scan was negative.should i worry? i have had breast cancer in 1998& 2000.
i had the breast/cancer gene so i got a hysterctomy in 2003.I do have bone pain.what should i do..and why arent they pursuing this or requesting biopsys? thank you.
