How can you say that you have a herpes?

last march 2008 and 2007 i received and give oral sex to my neighbor. the oral sex was very brief for about 3 minutes only now.. i have sorethroat for 2weeks and recently i have this very tiny abrasion in my shaft i cant say its blister.. its very tiny reddish.. i dont know if i get it from too much masturbating or it is a herpes.. please help i am afraid..
