LEFT VENTRICULAR HYPERTROPHY , HYPERTENSION, ANGRYNESS

I AM SUFFERING FROM GILBERTS SYNDROME ( HYPER BILIRUBINEMIA) BILIRUBIN DIRECT-- 0.48, INDIRECT 1.7, TOTAL 2.2, AND LEFT VENTRICULAR HYPERTROPHY
BP - 140/90, HEART RATE 107 BEATS / MINUTES, SUGAR PP-130, FASTING 102,
ECG REPORT - (IMPRESSION) PROBALE LEFT VENTRICULAR HYPERTROPHY)
I AM TAKING CRDIOPRIL CAP 2.5 MG FOR HEART. My BP is approx 120/80 as normal from 1 month, i am filling highly weakness bilirubin and weakness increase in summer, sugar level PP & fasting is 130 & 102, is it normal ? do you advise medicine or diat control etc, my weight is 65 kg present time which was 68 kg in winter. i am feeling some swelling and pain at liver and spleen places. i face problem in summer. old symtom of heart is LEFT VENTRICULAR HYPERTROPHY
