urinary tract infection and 5mnths preggie

hello doctor i am 5mnths pregnant and pretty confused over all the things wrong with me. i suffer a overactive thyroid and take many pills. also on pills for bi polar depression(prozac). i also had 7 misscarriages in between my two healthy girls. i recently broke out in a pimply itchy redish rash on the surrounding area around my vagina. in the folds of my thighs and my bottom. tho im going to see a doc soon. could this be related at all to my pills ? my infection? or thyroid? or could it be simply hormones gone crazy?
