I met with an accident on 10.05.2005 and head got injured severely. I lost my conscious for about 15 days. Once I gained conscious I felt loss of vision in the right side. i.e right side (may be 50%) of both the eyes were blind.

I took steroid for at least 3-5 moths. Initially I felt better. But after doing field analysis test, it was found that there is no improvement in the sight. Till today I am facing the same problem. I could not to drive. In crowd places I feel bit difficult roam around the place.

Is there any possibility to get the vision for at least some percentage.

Given when it happened any further improvement is unlikely. Protect what you have. See an ophthalmologist yearly and lead a healthy lifestyle.

Thanks for your information. Even the doctor who I am consulting intimated the same thing. I'm tajing regular check up & following doctor's advice.

Will contact lens improve the partial blindness.

If glasses don't then contacts won't either.
