Hi am 29yrs old and got married 3yrs back but no kids yet
as we started trying for baby 1yr back
but no result
i have harmons problem
for that medi is going on
and i have weight problem to i am 196pound

Can you guys please help me to tips how to get pragnent

relax, most women who try too hard don''t fall pregnant, as they are all tense and stiff, stop trying and see if that will work. i wish you luck.

dont worry too much about your weight, my first pregnancy i was 140 but this time around i weighed 186 and im only 5 ft tall!
(had just started losing the wight when i got pregnant too dangit!)
the weight factor shouldnt harm your chances of being pregnant but hey doing excersises didnt hurt getting me pregnant=)
and dont try to hard like eel said, when you try to hard its like watching a pot boil...

Have you tried charting your basal body temperature everyday?   If not, by doing that it will let you know when and if you ovulate so you will know when your best chances of concieving are.  HTH
