Adnormal PAP

I went to my gyno a month ago and just last friday they called and said my PAP came back slightly adnormal and I go for the internal testing at the end of June.... My question is I woke up this morning and my vaginal area is swelled and hurts to touch I dont see any sores or any type of discharge.... could this be somethinhg causing my adnormal PAp or somethign else??
