Pain and swelling in knees

I am nineteen years old. I live in Billings, Montana. I am a happy healthy girl. Unfortunately my legs cause a lot of pain for me especially my knees. I have noticed over the last few years the pai getting worse and moving on to other parts of my body, like fingers and toes ( painful as I type).
To best describe the pain I will start from the beginning of my day. I find it hard to get out of bed int he morning. My knees commonly feel as though they are on fire, not necessarily hurting in a specific spot but the whole knee feels on fire. Mid day the pain ussually sets in. By time I am off work it hurts so bad and burns that I find reasons to not stand. At night i toss and turn trying to stop thinking about the burning sensation.
My legs are typically swollen( they feel heavy too). I have als noticed my feet and hands are a blue tint even when hot outside. Poor circulation runs in the whole family ( my dad has ryhenods disease).
I asked my parents if they thought it could be lyme disease but they laughed, so i figure i must sound ridiculous. I did find a tick on me a few years ago though. As far as getting sick though, i would not have even put two and two together.
Please help.
