I AM A TWENTY SIX YEAR OLD NURSE THAT HAS PAIN IN RIGHT UNDER ARM AND DOWN MY ARM AT TIMES THE UNDERARM CAN BE TENDER AT TIMES WHAT COULD THIS BE THE ACTUAL BREAST IS NOT SORE

Dear alii401: There could be many possible explanations for arm pain. Without evaluation, it is not possible for us to speculate on what this may be in your case. If this pain persists, you should have your doctor examine you.
