Pain - Right Side of Head. Numbness - Right Side of Body.

25/F/135 pounds... The right side of my body (especially my arm and foot) is very tingly/dull ache/shaky at times. I have also been having mild discomfort on the right side of my head (behind eye/temple/back of head). Not sure if it's related, but I woke up with a swollen eye the other day for no apparent reason. Today I was walking around the store and my arm and leg became a little numb and began to shake until I made myself have a panic attack. It felt a lot like blood loss in my hands and feet - like the feeling of when a body part "goes to sleep". I kept strangely curling my toes and bending my wrist. And like I said before - this is ONLY the right side of my body. I am starting to get REALLY panicky. What could be wrong?
