My dr said he would not do lipo of the abs and TT at the same time?

I've seen three Dr's -  two would do full TT and ab lipo together and one refused to do the upper abs lipo, he explained to me the risk of skin diying.  I would like to have the entire Abs and TT and Hips  -

My Question: Do you see this as a big risk?  or is the conservitive Dr not well skilled?
