in pain and alone

diagnoised with Marfan's several yers ago had auto accident over a year ago t boned passenger side i was driving. I hav eneck shoulder arm finger and scapula pain ranging from burning to shooting pain to numbness Nuroliguest say no nerve dmage soft tissue damage i have weekness in arm hand and unable to shop because of pain increases when walking in back of neck and scapula area. do have C6 and 7 broad base disc bulging take two vicoden ES 750 a day does not really help with pain jus thelps me get a little comfortable and a little sleep i have apt with a pain clinic next week but unsure wha tcan be done trying to increase activity causes mor e pain even if i keep at it thinking it has to get better it appears to for a short time then it goes right back to bad if not worse than befor it there any connection to the sevarity of my pain and the diagnosis of marfans does having marfans just make all of this tht much worse and is ther any hope of getting better ?
