how to even think ur bipolar??

i dont have the highs and Lowe's  that people with this mental condition have..but been diagnosed with it..they say there's more to it then just that..CAN YOU EXPLAIN THE  VOID????????????? thanks  alot......

there are different levels of bipolar..  Type 1 is the kind where you think of the extreme swings in mood.  Highs and Lows.  Type 2 is primarily depressive but you may have periods of normal or slightly elevated mood (hypomania).
Then there is cyclothymia which is depressive and normal.  I hope this helps.

but in short you basicly feel like ****.  so no matter what type you have depression is in there somewhere.
