I'm glad you'll be seeing a rheumy pretty soon. I ask these questions because I have Still's disease and it is an arthritis very similar to Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis, it is very rare, about 1 out of every 100,000 person gets it. I have negative ANA and RF, but high ESR, and elevated WBC.
I have a full description of it on my journal page and pictures of the rash I get. Welcome to our Forum Family.

I do not get a rash. My fevers come around Friday every week and mostly I feel very well between Monday and Thursday.
If the Rheumatologist does not come up with anything I will be seeing an Infectious Disease expert.

I just came back from the Rheumatologist. She thinks I may have Stills based on my symptoms. However, she wants me to go and see a Heamatologist to rule out Lymphoma.
I'm really worried about Lymphoma :(
My WBC count is high. Based on my last blood test it was at 11500. I got another CBC done today so we'll see.
Did you have an elevated WBC?
The Internation Stills Foundation is a great site to go to. There is a lot of info there. I will help you all I can with any questions. The key with Still's is to start treatment right away before the destruction of joints start. I hope they can get you in asap with the hematologist and get the lymphoma ruled out so you can start treatment for the Still's.
Please keep me posted, Sweetie.

Thanks.
My ESR is high, WBC are high, I have high total protein. I can't think off hand what else was off in my labs. I do know my RF and ANA are negative.
