Is this a cold sore?

I felt a sore throat (but I have acid reflux and I had felt acid in my throat), and then an itching sensation (no burning, swelling, reddening or fever). I found a circle like dot on my top lip. I have had something like this before, but it wasn't a cold sore. So immediately I put some abreva on it. It never hurt to touch it, and it didn't look like a blister at all because It didn't look fluid filled. At one point this piece of skin came off and nothing came out. It was small and it didn't develop into anything clustered. Is this a cold sore? Please help!

While I am waiting, I have these (smaller little bumps) on my lips. They don't itch, hurt, or tingle. I have them around the corner (mostly all the time) but they sorta spread and gotten more visible. They are only visible when you press your tongue against the skin. What is this?
