STD from Handjob???

Hi doctor,
I'm a hetero-male with a wife and kid... Last week I made a really dumb error in my life and received a massage from a chinese massage place. At the end of the massage, I received a handjob - she used a lot of oil and cleaned up with wet towels (which I'm sure wasn't that clean).
It is my understanding that you cannot get STDs (any type, including HIV, syphillis, gonnorhea, etc.) from getting a handjob. I did not receive any oral or have intercourse...
I started feeling a bit down under 3-4 days after the event - but I don't have fever.. just sinus type.. been taking zicam. But, recently, I noticed that a small area underneath my jaw (lymph node?) started feeling tender. I do feel fatigued generally as well. I don't feel burning sensation when I urinate...
Is it possible that my understanding is wrong, and that I may be at risk of having acquired STDs from the massage parlor? I'm also concerned for my wife and kid...
