heavy then light bleeding

hi, i need to know what going on with me. about a week ago i had havy bleeding out of no where for about 2 days, then it went away. now im here a week later and i have light bleeding with cramps. please somebody help me out and tell me whats wrong with me, because some say im pregnant then others say i had a miscarriage.
