what is the lower lumbar and facet...THE MRI SHOWED REAL PROBLEMS..SAYS THATS WHY WE HAVE YOU ON METHADONE FOR YOUR LOWER BACK!! NOTHING ELSE WOULD WORK IN THE NARCOTICS??? PLEASE EXPLAIN WHATS THIS MEAN???????????????????????? THANKS JAMES
