Stop, take a deep breath, close the other eye, look at something far away. Is it clear? If so the contact is likely still on your eye. Is if fuzzy then the contact is probably not still in your eye.
In any case everyone that wears contacts should be under the care of an ophthalmologist or optometrist. Call yours.

Help my contact is stuck. I've used gtts for hours and the ER is not as option. Any other ideas
It's Sunday about midnight where I live. About the only place open is the ER, which is where I'd suggest you go. (Have you tried contacting your eye care provider? Sometimes they have emergency service.)
Mary, I know zilch about contact lenses but my gut instinct says you need to get that out. Since no one responded to you, I'm wondering how you are now. Could you go to a hospital for help? or is that extreme? Gosh, I'm having my own eye problem, but I wish I could help you. Good luck and let's hope that someone else reading the comments might know better than I what to do.
