i consulted a doctor he told me that i was 5 week pregnant,today i had a light bleeding it is my first time pregnancy pls help, what to do

Hello,

Yes, you should let your doctor know.  If you have heavy bright red bleeding or have bleeding heavy or light with abdominal pain you should see a physician immediately.  That said, a small amount of bleeding is normal in early pregnancy.  And in the absence of other symptoms is not worrisome.
