i think i am having a vaginal infection

i am having a unusual discharge sometimes, all theese days whn i am having sexual intousorse my discharge does not have any kind of odour or ne thing,
but last night during sex my discharge changed to watery dicharge and than it was thicked and some kind of a mild smell was there, the colour was kind of white - grayish, and white - grayish small discharge thick clots were there too, and sometimes an itching is there on the outside of the vaginal,
do you think this is a serious problem??
