I just have a few questions and they may be a little sensitive. Please bear with me as these questions are related to your post:
Is there normal growth of hair in the arm pits and the pubic area?
Do you experience full erections?
Do you experience night time erections?
I know you are uncomfortable about this but I suggest that you inform your parents or guardian about this so that you may be assessed by your physician. Your hormone levels need to be assessed and this include the pituitary hormones and testosterone levels. An endocrinologist and a urologist may be able to guide you through this.
Would you be able to inform your parents about this? A complete physical examination is necessary.
