Did you have this blocked feeling, what caused it?

On your left side where the large intestine makes a 90 degree turn downward, does anyone get bad stool buildup and gas that does not come out there and it feels like it is just stuck and can't make the turn. My new doctor wants to try bio-feedback which I am not so sure what that means but I think it involves a balloon of some kind. It's not a feeling there is definitely a build up. I am going to push for my colonoscopy to be done sooner because I want to rule out a blockage. I'm about 30 yrs old and had it since I was a kid but it gets worst each year. Any info or ideas what it can be? Thank you.
