i think i caught something

i had a 3 some with 2 friend and we didnt have safe sex. 2 days later (today) im noticing a little red bump and it is very itchy. what do i have if anything? because this has happned before but has went away. how do i treat it? i

Where is the red bump? The information you have provided is pretty vague.. Give more specifics... If it is in the genital area, it very well could be Herpes.. 2 Days is the minimum time to see an initail infection.
