I would suggest seeing a pain management Dr and see what they can do for you.With your mix of ailments Dr's should definately be helping you get some pain relief. I would make an appt with him as an emergency consult and tell him you will not leave until he gives you something for the pain. Be stern about it, tell him how it is affecting your life.
Dr's are very hesitant about giving strong pain relievers because of the risk of a patient becoming addicted to them.
