is it serious

i woke up last saturday and was a bit sick with stomach acid, i also had the runs a little, i had the doctor out and he said i had a virus. He gave me some ant-acid tablets but they didnt work, it carried on for the rest of the day and i had another doctor come out to see me monday he said the same but gave me some anti-spasmodic tablets, they didnt work, so i went down to my local surgery and they had another look and said it probably is a virus just rest and drink plenty. So i did, but bank holiday monday just gone i had  another doctor out because i had a slight temperature he took it and said i was fine, he also tested my urine said that was fine, and listened to my back and stomach and that was fine. I do have an appetite but am not eatng much, they tested me for appendicitis, andf things but that was okay. but woke up today with a burning sensation across my back from shoulder to shoulder, i had this last week as well, and my head has funny pains not bad ones just annoying ones and my eye is also twitching could you answer these questions please?.

1. Do you think i have a brain tumour?

2. Do you think it is serious?

3. Should i go to the Hospital?

4. Do you think it is a virus i have had it 11 days today.

5. Do you think it is cancer
