still in pain. doctor cant find anything wrong

I had a small filling done 1 week ago. Two days later two teeth on the opoosite side (one on top and one on bottom) started having bad pain! My jaw also hurt badly for 3-4 days after my filling, I thought it was from the shots.
I went back to dentist today. He took xrays and did exam but could not find anything wrong with the 2 teeth that hurt. What should I do now? They are hurting badly right now!

this will lead to slight over eruption of the none contact side and it may make some pain .
if you want to make sure of this . put a pice of paper in the none contact side and try to close your teeth and then pull the paper . if it came easlly with you then this is the only reason , if not . this need more examination and informaion about thire condetion.
