subsequent pregnancy following postpartum cardiomyopathy

3 years ago i had my 1st born and the pregnancy went very well until the last 2 weeks when i started excessivelly swelling, the night i had my emergancy caesarean i started coughing then within a week after the birth i was in intensive care with post partum cardiomyopathy and was kept in hospital 14 days, this year i was eventually given the all clear and have been taken off my medication and discharged from outpatients.
i have just realised im 5 weeks pregnant, it wasnt planned but i dont think abortion is an option unless im in critical condition and the drs are asking it from me.
i have been told my midwife wont see me until a consultant has given me more information about where we go from here but i have been given an appointment for a fortnights time to discuss things.
its driving me insane not knowing where we go from here.
has anybody else had a subsequent pregnancy after PPC?
if there are Drs on here what action do you assume will be taken?
somenody please help, i understand its opinions only because my Dr's may say different but i'd just like to hear something ASAP
