Is CT related to coughing blood

by Monsie46, May 27, 2008 03:50PM
I am a 61 yr old female  with Lupus ( diagnosed in 1985) in remission for about 12 yrs and have been grtting persistent coughs on and off for some time. Once in a while I will start coughing up coagulated blood for a day and then it will turn to brown blood and then disappear. after a few weeks it starts up again. I had a chest xray PA and Lateral and everything came up normal. But there is a notation I do not understand " A CT ratio of 13.6 to 27.4cm (.50) is noted".What does this mean?
