im 15 and have had a hard ball type thing behide both my ipples for almost 2 years. i read about it and heard it was only meant to last a few months. do i need help and is there anything that can be done about them???

This sounds like normal breast buds that happen in boys as they go through early puberty and resolve as puberty is completed and the male hormones outweigh the female hormone response. If it enlargens, persists beyond a year or if there is discharge seek medical care.
