by avadakedavra, May 27, 2008 04:45PM
hi
sometimes when i go to sleep i hear my heart beats weak and when i sleep i feel my breath stop and my head shakes rapidly  and i enter  a strange mode and may be other body parts like leg shake then i can take a fast breath to back to normal ,sometimes i feel pain in a place in my head before that so what is that?
sometimes i have numbness in my both legs and hands and that i cant breath well
when my head shakes during sleep sometimes i hear sounds or feel things which dont happen  and sometimes when this happen if i can take a fast breath or make a some motion by my hand then i return back to normal and sometimes i can open one eye partially but the other i cant so i feel that i control half of my body
when i masturbate i fell my head(strained) like i made a stress  my weight is 57 k.g and i don't smoke
in wide open places i feel that i loose my concentration and this may happen in normal places but little

i also have insomnia ( i dont sleep may be for 2 days in sequence)
is this apnea or nerval problem??

Hi.

The insomnia can really be the problem that is causing all of these other problems.  Sleep deprivation can really cause an upset in the balance of neurotransmitters and hormones such that by the time a person sleeps, he goes through the different sleep stages very irregularly and unpredictably causing these symptoms that you have described.  Apnea may also be just one of the conditions arising from this primary problem.  You may consult with a sleep clinic regarding this problem to assess your pattern of sleep.  I hope everything can be ironed out soon.  Regards and God bless.
