pinhole vision

Does "pinhole vision" correct for loss of acuity due to dry eye?

Yes and no.  In general it might help you see better on the eye chart - but I've seen some patients with bad keratopathy, still have problems even with pinhole test.  So, I personally wouldn't put a lot of credence in the pinhole test if you have severe dry eyes blurring your vision.  Just my personal opinion - not proven fact.
