frequent urination

not sure if ive put this question in the right place lol well for the past week i have been running to the toilete on everage once every hour, i dont drink as much water as i should but i drink enough to keep me hydrated during the day. also i have had slightly tender breasts for the last 3 days as well as headaches and a stuffy nose, not to mention the fact that on the 9th may i had some spotting for 3 days or almost 3 days, my periods are always regular and ALWAYS vert heavy for 4 days, i have never had spotting before. what could this be as im at a loss and cant get to the doctor at the mo as i have 2 young children to look after and my husband is a farmer so cant take any time off at the mo as he's on his own to do everything. Any advice would be of great help thanx in advance!
