I can't tell you what to take, I have a system that causes me to feel strange when I take things but the advil pm does have the acetamenaphine in it and thats what helps a person sleep.  I don't see what it could hurt.

Depending on the person those PM pills can have the opposite effect but usually I think they work. The very best thing for sleep in my experience is meletonin, you can buy it at any health food store or grociery store. It is a natural supplement that the brain already produces it just causes it to produce more, trust me you will never love your pillow more than you will once you take these, ahhhh comfy I can't wait to hit the sack.
