lightheaded,dizzy,faining

I am 32 year old female. Since one year I have been feeling very sick. I feel almost constantly lightheaded, dizzy and I start sweating and feel that I am about to faint. I lost a lot of weight (because I was dieting in a very unhealthy way) two years ago and then suddenly I started to gain a lot of weight again. Initially I was diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism and started taking medication for that. I felt much better for about one months and then all syptoms came back. Again the thyroid was checked and all tests (including a general blood test as well as other hormonal text related to the thyroid) came back fine. Then I went to see an ear specialist and all results came back fine as well. My syptoms persist. Sometimes I feel better for a few days and then suddently it start again at any time of the day and can persist for weeks. Life has become almost unbearable. Any advise would be very much appreciated.
