Sjogren's, lupus or RA?? Help

Hi everyone, i will try to make this short, but no promises. i was dx'ed with greaves last year treated with RAI in august 07. In november became very hypo, currently on synthroid 200mcg. since February i have had severe pain in my left arm. first Dr thought it was Got, no. then sent for a sonogram to rule out Arterial blockage and blood clot both came back negative thank goodness. The past couple of weeks have had 3 knots, lumps come up on this arm one is at the inside forearm close to elbow and 2 under my armpit, also swollen lymph nodes and salivary glands, My face at times is very flush, numb or tingling feeling and bottom lip will swell up almost 2 -3 times its normal size the only thing that gets the swelling down is cortisteriod shot and still takes a couple of days. Also to mention my bottom lip is discolored with blue spots that seeming to spread. In the morning my temp is at 96.8-97.0 then by mid morning after any activity just regular household chores temp will come up betwwen 99.3- 100.4 and stay there for a while. Please if anybody has any comments or help would be so appreciated!!!! I am waiting on lab result to get back for dr. Will post them as soon as i get them. thank you
