CH50 test, anyone ever heard of it?

Hello everyone. Like many of you, I'm desperately trying to figure out what's wrong with my body. I had a "total complement" test done for CH50. My results came back abnormal, 307 u/ml on a scale of 100-300 u/ml. Can anyone translate this for me? Any and all help is very much appreciated!
