As you said that blood spot is decreasing on follow up MRI.Hopefully in next 1-2 years it should be normal.Finally it goes away if size is small.Your husband having right sixth cranial nerve palsy,there are exercises to make faster recovery.Take a help of physiotherapist to retrain.
