spinal cord injury impotence

I am a C5-6 quadriplegic injured in 1975. I have sensation everywhere and never had trouble getting an erection although ejaculation was often difficult to achieve. In 1990, I suffered bladder cancer and an urostomy was performed, leaving me with an illeal conduit. My prostate was also removed. I have been impotent since. I am now in a relationship with a woman. Would Viagra, Uprima, or any other type of drug allow me to have an erection? If so, is there a danger of dysreflexia? If these pills wouldn't help, would a penis pump allow me to get an erection and a **** ring allow me to keep it for the duration of the sex act?

A pump would, but not sure about the medication. I don't believe you would need the ring if you had the pump.
