has anyone had chest and back pain and an awful ear pain associated w/ a heart attack?????

tuesday (3pm-11pm) i had pain in my chest and right shoulder shoulder blade, went to bed at 830 got up at 1100 and had an awful pain in my ear i actually got a q-tip to see if i was bleeding! has anyone had these symptoms w/ a heart attack? please let me know if i am just being paranoid?! and please don't yell that i should have gone to th e.r. i am a dummy! thank-you if you can help..... dorette

I personally have not heard of ear pain with a heart attack but I do know that jaw pain is common and that could also affect the ear area. You really should see a professional regarding your symptoms. Good luck to you.
