depo preva period

by sara738, May 29, 2008 03:51PM
I got the shot about 3 weeks ago. I just got my period 4 days ago and i've been reading other women's experiences. A lot of women got there period for a couple months! Is this common and will my period most likely go away soon?

Your body is probably trying to get adjusted to the shot, and it is still on it's natural cycle until it does. I would say that as long as your period seems normal, that you may need to give it some time to get the shot into your system.
