Hi.
This looks like a severe case of dishydrotic eczema. In this case an overlying fungal or bacterial infection also have to be ruled out. I suggest that you have this assessed by a dermatologist if you have not been seen by a doctor yet. You may need oral medications for these aside from topical creams. Also, I suggest you refrain from using any unprescribed creams as these may only worsen the condition. The scales may be evaluated to rule out any fungal infections. Wash your hands only with a mild and bland cleanser.
My palms are too scaly itch and only bleed if i pick at them. do not pic. I use psoris gin or something like that. It was 6 bucks and it seems to work a little.
I had a skin problem like that too but nothing over the counter worked. The doctor gave me something called lostren. A cream. You probably need something perscribed too.
