NOT FEELING FRESH

I AM 35 YEARS OLD BUT LOOK LIKE 40 YEARS OLD. I DONT FEEL FRESH ABTER THE BATH. I DONT FEEL ENERGETIC. I FEEL TIRED. SO PLEASE SUGGEST ME SOMETHING SO THAT I CAN FEEL FRESH AND ENERGETICE AT WORK AND AT HOME. MY SKIN LOOKS LIKE DULL.
